We’re looking for someone who builds strong connections with all employees and has a keen eye for detail—not just to ensure accurate payroll processing, but also as the go-to person for all administrative matters related to their roles or changes in their personal situations. Responsibilities & Main Duties
Payroll
- Responsible for time registration system and error-free, on-time processing of salaries of blue-collar workers, white-collar employees, executives and expatriates
- Dealing with payroll mutations and declarations, as well as salary indexations and collective labour agreement and wage adjustments
- Looking after the controls of the payroll administration in accordance with laws and regulations
HR Administration
- Acting as point of contact for employees and managers with questions about pay slips, taxes and other related questions
- Taking care of the personnel file from hiring to leaving the company
- Handling changes regarding working hours, parental leave, salary splits, detachments, ect. and the related social documents
- Follow-up contact with our partner-suppliers regarding pension, insurance, social security, etc.
Projects, processes and innovation
- Active participation in continuous improvements and optimisation of processes regarding payroll administration and compliance
- Ensuring that we are up-to-date in terms of new updates and trends regarding renumeration
- Building a close partnership between HR and Finance to ensure a seamless administrative workflow (forecast, budget, audit)
- Being operationally involved in various HR projects together with colleagues

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Interest within all areas of HR and a passion for payroll and administration and want to continue to work in this area on a sustainable basis
- At least a bachelor degree and experience in payroll with blue-collar workers, white-collar workers and expats, preferably in an industrial environment
- An impact seeker and go-getter who understands that payroll in all its facets requires continuous effort, staying calm under pressure.
- Getting a kick out of completing payroll and associated administration on time and correctly
- Independent, proactive and constantly challenging the status quo as well as providing input to improve our processes
- Hands-on and efficient working within agreed frameworks and willing to go the extra mile
- Result-oriented, driven and autonomous working with an active positive contribution to a nice team atmosphere
- ‘Together Strong’ philosophy and showing the necessary openness and service in doing so
- A strong multi-tasker who adapts easily, thinks creatively in solutions and alternatives as well as being motivated, eager to learn and willing to expand your knowledge
- A relationship builder with all stakeholders, with fluent communication skills (spoken and written) in Dutch and English

Ciner Glass has been producing glass bottles and jars at its Turkish glass factory in Bozüyük since 2013.
