Production Planner

As a Production Planner at Ciner Glass Belgium, you are the link that seamlessly connects our sales forecasts with stable production planning. You ensure that the right raw materials are available at the right time so that our glass bottles can be produced without interruption and stock levels remain balanced. Thanks to your sharp analyses and systematic approach, you help build a reliable delivery process within a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities & Key Tasks
- Develop and maintain mid- and long-term supply plans in coordination with demand forecasts, production capabilities, and inventory targets
- Act as the primary liaison between manufacturing and commercial teams, resolving supply issues and aligning plans
- Ensure system integrity and master data accuracy across ERP and planning systems
- Drive and continuously improve the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process with cross-functional stakeholders
- Identify capacity constraints and lead resolution planning with operations and procurement teams
- Monitor and report key KPIs including service levels, supply reliability, and inventory performance
- Support the implementation and optimization of supply chain systems and planning tools
- Play a key role in scenario planning and supply risk mitigation efforts
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ERP and advanced planning systems (preferably SAP)
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, and commercial teams
- In-depth knowledge of IBP/S&OP processes and their execution
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a solution-driven approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to operate with impact across functions
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
