As an Administrative Assistant – Hospitality & Events at Ciner Glass, you will play a key role in creating a professional, warm and perfectly organised working environment. You are the organisational talent behind the scenes who ensures that travel, meetings and events are arranged down to the last detail.

Key Responsibilities & Main Tasks
Travel Management & Hospitality
• Booking and organising flights, hotels, transport and parking tickets
• Ensuring flawless travel planning and meticulous follow-up of all practical details
• Coordinating hospitality-related arrangements for guests and colleagues
• Creating a professional and welcoming experience for visitors
Administration & Communication
• Drafting, processing and following up on correspondence in Dutch, English and Turkish
• Managing diaries and coordinating appointments and meetings
• Acting as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring structured and accurate administrative follow-up
Meetings & Events
• Preparing, planning and coordinating internal and external meetings and business events
• Maintaining contact with suppliers and partners
• Ensuring flawless practical organisation and on-site execution
Management Support
• Processing administrative tasks, reports and monitoring deadlines
• Maintaining overview, priorities and planning
• Supporting ad hoc assignments and confidential files
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
• Minimum secondary education diploma; administrative or hospitality training is a plus
• Experience in an administrative or hospitality role is an asset, but motivation, eagerness to learn and customer focus are key
• A proactive, structured and highly accurate working style
• Strong communication and administrative skills
• Organising, planning and multitasking come naturally to you
• Discreet, flexible and radiating positivity
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, English and Turkish are required
• MS Office holds no secrets for you
