Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist at Ciner Glass, you will play a crucial role in the development of a rapidly growing, customer-focused organisation. Key responsibilities & main tasks
Customer Service & Order Management
• Processing and managing customer data and customer orders in SAP, including tracking deliveries and invoicing
First point of contact for customers
• Informing customers correctly and promptly about order status, deliveries and deviations
• Dealing professionally with questions, changes and complaints, with a focus on customer satisfaction
Collaboration & Key Account Support
• Supporting key accounts and contributing ideas for solutions to complex customer requests
• Working closely with sales, planning, production, quality and logistics to ensure a smooth order flow
• Aligning customer expectations with internal capabilities and deadlines
Process Improvement & Reporting
• Actively contributing to the design and optimisation of customer service processes and customer satisfaction
• Supporting the development and monitoring of KPIs, service and customer satisfaction objectives
• Contributing to reports and analyses to continuously improve performance and customer experience
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a commercial or logistics field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, ideally in a production or logistics environment
• You get energy from interacting with people and derive satisfaction from helping customers. You listen attentively, think along with the customer and do everything you can to help every customer feel good.
• Experience with SAP; knowledge of the SD module is a strong plus
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English; knowledge of French and/or German is an added value
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Outlook and Teams
• Strong customer and solution-oriented, with an eye for quality and service
• Accurate, stress-resistant and empathetic, with the ability to remain professional under pressure or when dealing with complaints
• Team player with strong communication and listening skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to help build processes in a dynamic and growing organisation
